A TRIBUTE TO ALL ON THE FRONT LINE

The unselfish effort, the tireless and magnificent work being undertaken by all on the front line around the world must be applauded by all of us in the travel and tourism industry. There are now hundreds of thousands, millions, of medical, logistics, hospitality and those working in waste management, the utilities and delivery services who are helping the rest of us get through this crises. All are working over and above the call of duty. Many are on low pay. We thank you all. Diolch o galon - thanks from the heart.

Thank you also to our leaders at every level in our communities. These unprecedented times call for brave decisions and bold leadership. We acknowledge your commitment and your necessary wisdom at this time.

As an industry we must now start to think about how we can help provide priority respite and recuperation to this army of strong people once our industry gets back on its feet. These great people will be deserving of a rest and a holiday. Let that be our collective mission.
